Last night I made homemade churros and Mexican hot chocolate. They were a hit. Maggie, these are for you!! If only we'd have had vanilla ice cream and marachino cherries (yuck), eh? Whitney and Ellie and Tessy had fun rolling the churros in cinnamon and sugar for me.

UHHH!!! Are you SERIOUS!?! I NEED some! Even before I read "These are for you, Maggie" I said "I NEED some!!" And I was slobbering on my keyboard BEFORE I saw the next post down.... WHAT!?!? A CHEF?!? That makes eggs with sauteed potatoes and chiles and sope and sopa and Mexican hot chocolate and..... AAAHHH! Not to mention the GORGEOUS house with chunky doors and a swimming pool and amazing views and the cats and dogs big fat rain... Okay, I'm taking the next flight out. Pick me up at the airport, will ya?
